CAYPAX founder and CEO Pax Ola presented the F-Procure procurement framework at the British Blockchain Association's 8th Blockchain International Scientific Conference (ISC2026), held at the Attlee Suite, Portcullis House, Houses of Parliament, London, on 27 March 2026 — the first international scientific conference on blockchain held within the UK Parliament.
The abstract presenting the framework was awarded second place in the ISC2026 Abstract Awards, as recorded in the official conference proceedings. The presentation covered the framework's five-layer architecture and the MVP work executing synthetic tenders through commit-reveal bidding, escrow, and award with full audit trails on Flare test networks.
The conference proceedings also noted governance-first adoption as a recurring theme, with F-Procure cited among durable blockchain deployments built on governance frameworks rather than tokenomics.
F-Procure remains a published framework, reference architecture, and working MVP progressing toward carefully scoped institutional pilots. The peer-reviewed paper is published in The Journal of the British Blockchain Association (Vol 9, Issue 2, 2026).
